Lairs and criminals Speaking

to a civil rights group, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP)
Former US President Bill Clinton has admitted he  regrets a "three strikes" crime bill he signed in the 1990s caused the problem of overpopulated prisons. I put 100,000 more police officers on the streets but locked up "minor actors for way too long", My question is, why hasn’t he corrected his so called mistake? Also, if he was so concerned why did he in 1994 signed a NEW bill into action that included a "three strikes" rule that meant anyone convicted of a serious violent crime who had two or more prior convictions, including drug crimes, was given a life sentence.

Obama , didn’t do any better. He had the nerve to speak at the El Reno Federal Correctional Institution, Mr Obama said the criminal justice system needs to distinguish between young people who make mistakes and those who are truly dangerous. However, after 8 years in office. why didn’t he call for an investigation to release people.
I believe the reason these lying criminals wont change this BILL is
More than two million people are in jail in the US. A tenth of them are held in federal prisons.
US prisons in numbers
  • 208,000 people in federal prisons
  • 48% of them for drug offences
  • 37% of them are black
  • 34% of them are Hispanic
  • $80bn the cost of incarceration in the US in 2010
DoJ, Federal Bureau of Prisons From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A private prison or for-profit prison is a place in which individuals are physically confined or incarcerated by a third party that is contracted by a government agency. Private prison companies typically enter into contractual agreements with governments that commit prisoners and then pay a per diem or monthly rate, either for each prisoner in the facility, or for each place available, whether occupied or not. YOU PAY TO LOCK UP YOUR OWN FAMILIES AND FRIENDS, HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MINDS?
